I purchased a Motion Master with a Fagor 8050 control unit from a private owner three years ago that was built in 1997. Being new to CNC machines and an ill-kept one at that, I had a huge learning curve when it came to programming and maintenance. The one thing that saved me from the nightmares I experienced was the service and parts department at CNCPD. The support I received was like buying a used machine with a warranty. Whatever problems I had, the team at CNC Parts Dept took the time to find the problem and had most of the parts on-hand or would rebuild parts like servo motors at very reasonable prices. When I got really stuck, Erik came on site with his expertise and troubleshooted the problems in minutes. I can safely say whether buying a machine from them or using their support team, you will get the best in US. Just try searching the net to find anyone with the inventory of parts and the resume that Erik and Lynn have. Thanks CNC Parts Dept for everything.
