CNC Parts Dept., Inc. is looking for a trained service technician to repair, rebuild and train on CNC routers. There is a large amount of travel involved, both driving to the Greater L.A. Area, and/or flying across the USA. A Southern California based candidate is ideal to serve our local customers.
Hours are not consistent and shifts can be up to 12 hours, which would occur mostly during travel, replaced with days off, in between jobs. Expect to be gone 1-2 weeks per month.
Skills required will be soldering, electronic connections, wire preparation, laser calibration, G-Code and PLC programming, and mechanical assembly. Candidate should have some background in DC circuitry and programming in any language.
Concepts used will be AC & DC electronic circuits, including relays and AC/DC/mechanical power transformation.
Candidates who have one year of industrial machine repair experience and successfully complete the Indeed skills test will be considered.
