CNC Parts Dept. is seeking an administrative assistant that has experience in shipping and receiving, stocking, purchasing and warehouse inventory management. Position requires knowledge of eBay, proficiency with QuickBooks and Salesforce, and office clerical experience. Customer service experience is necessary.
Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Ship and receive packages
- Manage ebay account
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Coordinate with customers and technicians to schedule service calls
- Assist other employees with clerical and office administrative tasks
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Place outgoing phone calls
Office organization tasks include filing and mailing documents, bank deposits, invoices, checks and statements. More job duties are processing customer credit applications, as well as managing mailing lists, office inventory and company orders.
