PDS ADvantage™ Series

PDS ADvantage™ series are manual tool change electric spindle motors that features a compact and lightweight design. PDS MTC spindle motors feature collet-type tool retention and are suitable for light to medium duty applications. ADE standard spindle motors are typically surface or angle plate mounted and equipped with a perpendicular keyway for alignment. ADvantage™ spindles have an extended spindle nose and are offered with the ER tool interface.

PDS ADE Series Spindles Motors

The ADE series from the ADvantage spindle motor line are standard electric motors with manual tool change. PSD ADE spindles are available with a capacity of 0.06 – 18.6 kW and speeds of 3,000 – 40,000 rpm. The cooling method of these electric motors can be individually adjusted for any type of application. PDS Advantage spindles have an extended spindle nose and are offered with a variety of collet sizes and styles.
