MT-W1200 Morn Laser Welder is engineered to replace slow, high-heat traditional welding methods. This 1200 Watt handheld fiber laser welding machine combines intense processing power with a revolutionary air-cooled architecture. By eliminating the heavy water tanks, pumps, and maintenance of traditional chillers, the MT-W1200 delivers a highly portable, go-anywhere fabrication solution that increases throughput up to 4x compared to conventional TIG welding.

Advanced Air-Cooling Integration
Built with an active internal refrigeration cycle, this unit entirely eliminates the fluid maintenance, freezing risks, and bulk associated with water-cooled laser systems.
Intelligent Wobble Welding Torch
The dual-axis wobble head oscillates the laser beam dynamically, widening the weld seam up to 10 mm. This provides excellent gap-bridging capability, making it highly forgiving on imperfectly fitted joints.
Synchronized Wire Feeding
Includes an external, automated motorized wire feeder that integrates directly into the control software, smoothly introducing filler wire into the weld pool for high-strength structural bonds.
Plug-and-Play Control Interface
A user-friendly touchscreen system features pre-loaded parameters for various materials and thicknesses, allowing operators of all skill levels to achieve clean, uniform weld beads quickly.
