Description
All Star CNC Products TG CR 06 24 tile gasket. This product is designed to improve the holding power of vacuum tables, especially those that use a porous MDF spoil board. It is ideal for Nested Base Manufacturing or shops with frequently changing jobs, as it offers a strong hold without the need to create dedicated custom fixtures.
Tile Dimensions:
- Tile Size: 24 in. x 24 in. square sheet
- Thickness: 1/16″ in.
Note: CNC router table sizes require set number of tiles:
- 8 tiles needed for a 4 ft. x 8 ft. table
- 13 tiles needed for a 5 ft. x 10 ft. table
- 15 tiles needed for a 5 ft. x 12 ft. table
- 18 tiles needed for a 6 ft. x 12 ft. table
