Description
The HSD H6161H0328 ES988 motor delivers industrial-grade output for high-speed machining across wood, plastics, aluminum, and advanced composite materials. Engineered by HSD Mechatronics, this Electrospindle integrates a heavy-duty 4-pole design with an HSK 63F automatic tool-change (ATC) interface to maximize tooling rigidity and reduce dynamic runout under load.
Operating Speed is rated 11 kW (14.8 HP) S1 continuous duty at 12,000 RPM (400 Hz), and scales to a maximum speed of 24,000 RPM at 800 Hz. Its long-nose housing allows extended reach into deep-cavity tooling profiles and 3D geometric workpieces without sacrificing dynamic balance or TIR performance. Integrated electric fan cooling ensures independent thermal management across low- and high-frequency operating bands.
