This retrofitted Motionmaster features a high-rail, fixed-bridge structural framework engineered specifically for simultaneous 5-axis sculpting, deep-cavity mold production, and complex compound trimming. Configured with dual 5’ x 5′ aluminum moving vacuum tables and a massive 30-inch Z-axis stroke, this layout provides an exceptional envelope for complex 3D tool paths.

The twin-table design allows you to run in continuous pendulum mode (loading one table while the other runs a 5-axis cycle) or lock the tables together for synchronized large-format setups. Upgraded to a modern Fagor 8055 Power platform and completely rewired in late 2022, this machine offers classic, ultra-rigid cast-iron mass paired with contemporary processing speeds, look-ahead features, and Ethernet capability.

The entire multi-axis servo loop has been fully tested and maintained. The unit remains set up in a production-ready environment and is available for full multi-axis geometry inspections under power.
