This 2016 Diversified Machine Systems (DMS) 5D5 is a specialized high-rail 5-axis machining center designed for large-format, complex geometry projects. Unlike standard single-table units, this Dual Cell configuration features Twin 5’ x 10’ tables, allowing for continuous pendulum processing. Combined with a 48-inch Z-stroke and an Integrated Tool Length Setter, this machine is engineered to minimize spindle downtime and maximize output in high-volume trimming and pattern-making environments.
